The prestigious Aero India 2025 Expo, hosted at Yelahanka Air Force Station, Bengaluru, was a monumental showcase of India’s defence and aerospace capabilities. With participation from leading global defence players, PSUs, and government agencies, the event highlighted the power of innovation and national pride.
Shivam Video had the honour of serving as the Visual Partner for the majority of the key booths and pavilions, including the DRDO Pavilion, India Pavilion, IAF Pavilion, Russia Pavilion, BEL Pavilion, BEML Pavilion, and more. Our role: delivering high-impact, creative, and immersive visual LED display solutions across the expo.
Over 12,500 Sq. Ft. of Advanced Visual Display Setup
Spanning over 12,500 square feet of LED display area, our team executed one of the largest and most intricate visual integrations the Aero India platform has ever witnessed. The deployment included:
– 12,500+ Sq.ft. of fine pixel pitch LED screens across multiple formats
– 100+ processors powering synchronized and dynamic visual zones
– Watchout and Resolume servers for real-time content orchestration
– A skilled crew of 160+ experienced professionals managing design, setup, programming, and live execution
– Bespoke creative LED structures such as:
– Immersive LED Dome Tunnel
– Double & Single S-Shaped LED Installations
– Semi-Circular Visual Walls
– Giant LED Ring Circles
– 90° Anamorphic LED Displays
– Curved 3D LED Simulators, and more
Each booth was tailored with custom-designed LED configurations that enhanced storytelling and brought each exhibitor’s theme to life.

Executing a large-scale government event of this nature brought with it several complex challenges:
– Extremely tight timelines from confirmation to delivery
– Strict security protocols and site access limitations
– Multi-location setup requirements happening in parallel
– Real-time design changes and coordination across departments
Despite these hurdles, Shivam Video’s unmatched planning, deep experience, and one of the biggest LED inventories in the country helped turn challenges into milestones. Our team operated in day-night shifts, with the final 72 hours involving non-stop execution by multiple units working in complete synchronization.
